Submit your item for the verification queue. Once it's live, bidding is proxy-based with a 5% increment.
Reserve is the floor you'll accept — leave it blank and the item sells to whoever's leading when the clock runs out, no floor at all. If you set one and bidding never reaches it, nothing sells: bidders' funds are released and the item comes back to you, the same as if no one had bid. Bidders never see the number, only whether it's been met. More in the FAQ.
